---------------------------------- Keynote speaker's biography:

Dr. Bertrand Baudouy is the head of the Cryogenics R&D group at the Accelerators, Cryogenics and Magnetism Division of CEA (French National Atomic Energy Center) Saclay, France. His research activities, primarily experimental, concern the low temperature heat and mass transfer related to the cooling methodology of superconducting magnets developed for the high energy physics programs at CEA. Currently, his work focuses on heat transfer and fluid dynamics of liquid helium from superfluid to the normal two-phase regime.

Dr. Bertrand Baudouy was one of the keynote speakers at the COMSOL User's Conference, fall 2009 in Milan.
