Possibility of 3D modeling?

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi all:),
I have to simulate a 3D nano periodic grating model(WGP like ; almost h :100nm, w :100nm)
to see whether TE(or TM) wave in visible light range can pass through it or not.
Is it possible to create such a model with COMSOL?

Thanks

Hi

I believe there are a few examples around, either in the standard model library, or the model Exchange on the web site, and I beleive too there are simular examples shown during the official COMSOL ACDC courses

Good luck
Ivar
