Temperature problem

Hello there, i'm having problem with the deposition related with joule heating . But my temperature profile is not so proper as it is showing higher temperature at both ends. To get deposition at centre to be maximum i need higher temperature at centre, as reaction should happen at high temperature (above 1000 K ).
