Why my temperiture-time curve is a horizontal line?

I am modeling a concrete 3D panel with 100 degree temperiture difference in to surfaces. I want to know the temperiture variation with time of the middle point. Use 3D cut point, but the curve is a horizontal line. It is impossible. I do not know what's wrong with it? Could anybody help me out of it?
