Boundary condition: constant temperature

Hello,

I defined a temperature vector as a constant temparture boundary condition. In fact, the temperature vector is imported to COMSOL and with an interpolation function, the plot is defined. This temperature vector is applied on a solid surface which is in direct contact with another solid surface. The transient time range is the same length and step as the temperature vector. The problem is, we expect to see the same temperature profile at the end of the study, but for some reasons the temperature profile will be different!! anyone can explain it? Do I need to change any settings to take the temperature vector constranit through the whole study?
