Simulate the free convection case for heat sink in the air

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Dear all, I am trying to simulate a free convection case, the heat sink cooling in the air environment, there is heat flux boundary condition on the bottom surface of the heat sink. Please see attached mph file. However, it is hard to converge, and the error can not decrease to a small balue.
May I know how to fix this convergence issue? Is this bout the material property, boundary conditon or solver setting? There is no mesh and result data for the attached file to decrease the size, so I can upload it. Thank you

Pitt
