Eigenfrequency of piezoelectric devices with an electrical circuit

I am trying to see the effect of a load on the eigenfrequency of a piezoelectric device. (piezoelectric on silicon)
I have modeled the piezoelectric film (+the silicon wafer) and I have added a resistor using an electrical circuit on the piezoelectric film.
I do not find a way to solve the problem as i always get "Failed to evaluate variable Jacobian".
Moreover, this model worked very well on 3.5a using the spice editor.
I attach the model.
Any idea to solve this problem on 4.2 ?
