Enhanced light-harvesting capability for silicon single-nanowire solar cells coupled with metallic cavity

I want to simulate the enhanced light-harvesting capability for silicon single-nanowire solar cells coupled with metallic cavity with the TE, TM and non polarisation incidences. But I don't know how I do it because I am a beginner in comsol, someone can help me to do this simulation
