Evaporation and Condensation, Closed Container

I am trying to simulate a cup halfway filled with hot water, with a lid on the top. The water would evaporate and then condense on the inside of the lid. Furthermore, the steam from the hot water would hit the lid, causing the lid to heat up. When running simulations, I cannot get the hot water > steam > hotter lid chain properly modelled so the lid heats up. Is there a good way of doing this?

All of the examples I can find have some sort of air flow in and out of the system (IE, the system has inlets and outlets) so I am having trouble applying those examples to my system.
