Problem of "frequency domain, modal" study type

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi all,

I'm studying acoustic structure by using "frequency domain, modal" study type, but I encountered a problem.

My model has some narrow regions where I used narrow region domain to model the damping effect, however, when I used "frequency domain, modal" study type, it occurred a error saying that lots of undefined variables, and after I disable the narrow region, the study went successful.

So I'm confusing that the "frequency domain, modal" study type doesn't sutable for narrow region node? If so, how can I adjust my model since the damping effect is important and can't be neglected.
